What to include

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• For payment questions, the transaction reference.
• For listing questions, a link to the listing or its name.

Response times

• General questions: within 1 working day.
• Payment and subscription issues: within 3 working days.
• Privacy and data deletion requests: acknowledged within 72 hours.

Working hours

Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST. Messages sent outside these hours are answered the next working day.

Reporting abuse

If you find a listing that is fraudulent, unlawful, or impersonating another business, report it with the listing name and we will review it as a priority.
